Con l'arrivo dell'estate arriva anche la paura della prova costume. Alcune diete, che quasi sempre diventano dei fallimenti, sono peggiori della non dieta.
Il 6 maggio è la giornata dedicata alla "non dieta",  indetta per aiutare le persone ad accettarsi e per aiutarle a riflettere su come migliorarsi senza sacrifici. Per la puntata di oggi abbiamo intervistato la nostra amica Cristina Pivato, trainer ed health coach. Cristina ci spiega l'importanza delle motivazioni e delle abitudini alimentari e dell'importanza alimentari. Ci auguriamo che troviate questa puntata interessante e anche stimolante.

La sigaretta non smette mai di bruciare! (Burning Cigarette)

Che il fumo faccia male è saputo e risaputo, nonostante ciò alcune persone sono vittime di questa dipendenza. Eppure ancor in pochi sanno quanto il fumo sia dannoso anche per l'ambiente. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di intervistare Giulia Lucia una biologa alla ricerca dei danni che una cicca, ossia un mozzicone di una sigaretta, ha sul fondale marino e quindi sull'ambiente. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare, Francesca, una nostra amica che vive qui negli States  che è diventata una provetta pasticciera. Francesca ci racconta una ricetta super facile da fare a casa con pochissimi ingredienti e dal risultato straordinario. Un episodio sicuramente sentito da noi per via della lingua perché parliamo di Lingua Madre.
Nonostante viviamo negli States da più di vent'anni abbiamo mantenuto la nostra bellissima lingua italiana proprio perché ci identifica e ci unisce. Ci siamo inoltre rese conto che nel cuore del nostro essere c'è il nostro dialetto. Allora abbiamo chiamato i nostri aiutini da casa per ascoltare la loro testimonianza della lingua. Although we have lived in the States for more than twenty years, we have kept our beautiful Italian language precisely because it identifies and unites us.
