”Taste of the Indigenous” | Gulf of Naples Film Festival

Ciao a tutti!
Volevamo annunciarvi la vincitrice - per la categoria Short Documentary - del Gulf of Naples, Independent Film Festival 2022: Josephine Bono, con Taste of The Indigenous. Umberto - direttore del festival - ci ha raccontato di come si sia svolta questa edizione in persona e poi abbiamo contattato Josephine.  Ci è piaciuta da subito per la sua parlata siculo americana. Sin già dalle prime parole abbiamo capito di quanto Josephine sia attaccata alla nostra amata Italia, e soprattutto alla Sicilia. Seppure affascinate da questo suo amore, siamo riuscite a chiedere della sua passione del cinema e dell'intervista abbiamo capito che questa giovane regista è un vero talento. Ci auguriamo di portarvi freschezza nello stesso modo in cui lei lo ha portato a noi. Buon ascolto!

One of the winners of the 2022 Gulf of Naples - Independent film festival: Josephine Bono with "Taste of The Indigenous". We contacted the winner. We immediately liked Josephine for her Sicilian American speech. From the very first words we understood how much Josephine is attached to our beloved Italy, and especially to Sicily. Although fascinated by her love, we were able to ask about her passion for cinema and from the interview we realized that this young director is a real talent. We hope to bring you freshness in the same way she brought it to us.
